How do I start?

Getting started at theLotter Minnesota is a quick and simple 3-step process.

Step One
Sign up by clicking the Sign Up button or the Order button in any lottery. At this step you will need to enter your email and choose a password. Make sure you choose a strong password to protect your account.

Step Two
Fill in additional personal details. You will be asked to enter your name, birthday, full address, and phone number. We need this information because we are required to perform due diligence on our customers.

At this stage, you can limit the amount you can deposit within a set period of time. (This can be changed later). And finally, you must confirm that you are over 18 years of age and have read and accepted our Terms of Use.

Step Three
Associate a payment method with your account so that you can fund your lottery wallet. You will be shown the available payment methods and you can choose the one you prefer. Fill in the information required by your specific payment method.

After completing these 3 steps, you’re ready to go!

How do I change my password?

To change your password, please visit Personal Details on our desktop site, list your existing password and your choice for a new password. Please note that your password have 8-25 characters and include one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number. = < > are invalid characters.

Will I be able to see a copy of my ticket before the draw?

A

theLotter Minnesota makes every effort to ensure that you will be able to view your scanned ticket in your account prior to the draw.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your ticket order due to technical difficulty or circumstances beyond our control, the ticket will be cancelled and refunded to your account with additional compensation. We will do our best to notify you of this situation before the lottery draw takes place.
