A Minnesota married couple became the state's first Mega Millions jackpot winners on April 12, 2022. The couple chose to stay anonymous after winning the lottery thanks to Minnesota's lottery privacy legislation, so we don't know their names. What we do know is that they'd been playing the same lottery numbers ever since their first date in 1990 and that after thirty years of waiting those numbers finally won them a $110 million Mega Millions jackpot!
